The results of our pre-lease investigation are transmitted within a maximum of 48 hours.
Some items beyond our control, such as references that do not return our calls, may result in the investigation being incomplete within the specified time period. A preliminary report will then be sent to the applicant and a complementary report as soon as we have a return of the references of the candidate.
